Chester


The Practice was responsible for a pioneering report on the historic city of Chester in 1968, following which it has developed a continuing and active relationship with the City, involving running an office there between 1974 and 1978, and then from 1998. It is the Practice's second largest office and provides a wide range of services across the Northwest.
