Quality Assurance
It is the policy of Donald Insall Associates to deliver a professional service that responds sensitively to each client’s need and aspirations so to achieve the highest quality of design in new work and of care for old buildings.
The Practice seeks continual improvements in procedures that result in a better service to clients and promotes continuing professional development of staff to enhance the vitality of each office.
Our quality manual defines the quality system which conforms to ISO 9001:2008 insofar as it applies to architecture, planning and allied services.
The management and implementation of the quality system is the responsibility of all staff members appropriate to their areas of operations.
The operation of a quality management system by the Practice is not to be taken to imply any greater degree of skill and care than would be expected from any firm of competent architects.
The Quality Control Manager is available to clients throughout all projects.
The policy is authorised and signed by the Chairman on behalf of the Practice.
