The Crown Estate and Stanhope plc have completed the re-development of the Quadrant 3 site at the former Regent Palace Hotel, just off the southern end of Regent Street. This has included the restoration of the hotel’s stunning 1930s interiors. Donald Insall Associates were the heritage advisors that helped gain planning permission and listed building consent and, as conservation architects, have been responsible for the restoration of the retained external facades and the 1930s interiors.
