After sixty years use as offices, this Grade I listed house overlooking St James' Park has been returned to private residential use.
Work here by the Practice includes extensive restoration of the stairs, panelling, surviving period features and the original brickwork. Replanning of accommodation was required to suit modern living, with new services inserted throughout.
