Repair and improvements to these buildings form part of a continuing programme of work by the Practice to the historic core of the College.
A new court has been created by demolishing unsightly 19th century additions to the rear of the 15th century range, transforming the pedestrian way into a series of landscaped spaces, enhanced by a modest two storey extension and new bicycle shed. Accommodation underground has been extended, brickwork and stonework repaired, stone slate roofs renewed and concealed features revealed and repaired.
Internally, provision of showers, WCs and gyp rooms has been improved, while services and fire protection have been upgraded.
Client: The Master and Fellows of Trinity College
