55-59 King’s Road, Chelsea, Granted Listed Building Consent

Listed Building Consent was granted this week for the alteration and conversion of 55-59 King’s Road, a terrace built as part of the adjoining Wellington Square development in the mid 19th century. The historic buildings consultancy team advised Paul Davis and Partners on the scheme for the Cadogan Estate. The approved works include the repair of the external elevations and reinstatement of missing details, new shop fronts to the retail units on the ground floor and the conversion of the upper floors from ancillary retail storage and office space into two residential apartments.
