Amy joined Donald Insall Associates in 2017 after completing her MArch degree at the University of Nottingham. Her final thesis considered the intersection between landscapes, memory and identity, which led to a proposal regarding the regeneration of Leicester’s historic market and Corn Exchange. Amy’s interest in heritage architecture developed after volunteering in landscape conservation at Highgate Cemetery. Since joining the practice she has worked on various projects at the Palace of Westminster as well as the Palm House, Kew Gardens. Amy is also part of the design team responsible for the restoration and refurbishment of St. Mark’s Church.
