The Holme - Regents Park, London
The present core of the house was built in 1818 by Decimus Burton, designed as one of 56 villas then proposed by The Crown Commissioners for John Nash’s Regents Park.
The Practice was appointed as architects for major repairs and improvements. These included the conservation of historically important interiors, some re-planning and an extension containing a swimming pool. New garage blocks were built in the form of a stable yard and additional extensive landscaping was also carried out.
The Practice was subsequently engaged for a similar refurbishment with extensive internal replanning for a new leaseholder.
