Foyle Farm, Oxted
Foyle Farm House is a late Mediaeval building which grew and evolved over five centuries from the mid 16th century. The family home of our private client Insall were engaged to help with proposals to modernise and alter the house for their own personal use at the centre of their working farm. We provided an assessment of the building and its setting and advised upon and negotiated alterations with the local authority. This ensured the building would continue its role in the family’s life and at the centre of their agricultural holding while providing the kind of living conditions and facilities that a 21st century family require.
