Our emerging cultural heritage and project management service supports our clients in delivering successful projects. Our services include establishing and leading project teams, acting as the client representative throughout project stages, planning a stakeholder communication strategy, managing change control and managing risk. We also support funding bids and can draw on our established supply chain of specialists, such as business planners, interpretation designers and activity planners. We have been design team leader or conservation architect for numerous projects financed by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), and bring this experience to bear on our project management service.
We approach each project with an open mind and determination to enable ‘each place to be daily more itself’. This underpins our philosophy of project management, which is driven by the need for clear, rigorous control, rooted in and informed by Donald Insall Associates’ approach to leadership in conservation.
