Hannah joined Donald Insall Associates in 2012 from English Heritage (now Historic England), wherein she was an inspector with responsibility for listing buildings in London and the South East. At Insall’s, Hannah has advised on major schemes for the great London estates, particularly the Crown Estate and the Parliamentary Estate, and for universities and cultural institutions, including SOAS, Queen Mary London, the University of Birmingham, the ICA, and the Royal Opera House, in addition to many private clients. Hannah has first-class degrees in history (from Exeter College, University of Oxford) and art history (from the Courtauld Institute of Art, London). She serves on design advisory committees for the Victorian Society and the National Trust and is editor of the Donald Insall Associates Review.
