Joanne has been an advisor for over 15 years, she joined Donald Insall Associates in 2011 and has been leading the London Historic Buildings Consultancy team since 2019. Joanne has provided heritage advice to client teams and led negotiations with local authorities and other key stakeholders to facilitate numerous complex large-scale developments in and outside of London. Clients include the Cadogan Estate, Chelsfield, the National Trust, major retailers and developers and individual owners of listed buildings. Joanne has also written and project managed several Conservation Management Plans, assessing both buildings and public realm, including for the Cadogan Estate; National Trust and the Royal Hospital Chelsea. She completed her MSc degree at the University of Bath in the Conservation of Historic Buildings and is a long-standing full member of the IHBC.
