Louisa is a Research Assistant who joined the practice in 2017, having developed an interest in architectural history whilst studying History of Art at the University of Warwick with a focus on ecclesiastical architecture. Thereafter, Louisa completed a Master’s in the Archaeology of Buildings at the University of York, wherein she wrote her dissertation on War Memorial Village Halls. During this time she gained experience in planning policy and building surveys as well as an appreciation for 20th century buildings. Louisa applies this knowledge, combined with archival research, so as to contribute to Historic Buildings Reports, Townscape Reports, and Heritage Impact Assessments.
