Robin Dhar

Robin is a London-based Director responsible for a wide variety of award-winning projects involving the repair and alteration of historic buildings. He has a particular interest in bringing new life to decayed and unloved buildings, as well as reinvigorating historic interiors. His dissertation, which received a distinction, was in relation to finding alternative uses for country houses wherein continued family use or opening to the public is not viable. Projects include a wide range of building types, with many notable public and private buildings ranging from the Royal Albert Hall, Windsor Castle and English Heritage properties to top-end residences for private clients in towns and the countryside. He also leads the practice’s sustainability group.
